SUSTAINABILITY
Market and environment change rapidly and success in the long term depends on our own capacity to change. Interarq knows this and anticipates tendencies with imagination, creativity and determination.
We understand the necessity to develop projects which conciliate our client´s needs with the product´s environment and for that we search for alternatives through which design can be directed towards sustainability, by analyzing the ecological impact of each construction material during its production phase, its useful life and finally the moment it is discarded. We also know that these alternatives must be profitable in order to guarantee a return of investment.

Interiorismo y Arquitectura Corporativa is a company legally established in Mexico. Our purpose is the design, implementation and commercialization of all related to architecture, interior design and decoration.
According to the needs of each project, Interarq creates synergies with external consultants in structural engineering, air conditioning, lighting, multimedia, and applied arts. We have an extensive network of manufacturers and suppliers in Mexico and other countries which has allowed us to successfully deliver major turn-key projects, both in Mexico and abroad.
Interarq is a limited company directed by Rebeca Pérez Medina, interior designer, Valentina Rodríguez Vadillo, architect, y Galo Rosas, industrial designer. The design team consists of talented architects and designers, and together with the administrative area, we carry out the most demanding projects with originality, technical rigor and financial clarity.
Our main goal is to be an organization able to assist our clients by increasing added value to their products and services, involving us in every activity related to the design needs of their organization. We are a trusted enterprise where the customer service is the focal point.
Concepts
Interarq treat each case with the sensitivity and care to respond accurately to the needs of our customers. During the design process, we invite them to discuss with us their product through conceptualization proposals, 3D presentations, prototypes, constructive documents and all necessary technical assistance from the construction and manufacture process to soft and final opening to the public.
We use advanced technology and the latest tools to simulate with realism the projects prior to their construction. This allows our clients to preview their project and make a deep analysis on their product. At the same time, this simulation facilitates the process of performing all the adjustments that the design may require to achieve an optimal result, avoiding costly modifications during the construction and manufacture phase. The prototypes or model rooms that derive from this methodology are accurate and suitable for a real cost-benefit analysis by our client´s purchasing agent.
